Accessibility Statement

Everyone should be able to research a home, read a disclosure, and reach their agent. We want this website to work for people of all abilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control.

Our Goal

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is an ongoing effort. We have not yet completed a formal third-party audit, so some content may not fully meet that standard.

What We Have Done

  • A “Skip to main content” link and labelled page landmarks.
  • Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Form fields with visible or screen-reader labels, and error messages linked to the field they describe.
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators on interactive elements.
  • Reduced animation when your device requests reduced motion.

Known Limitations

  • The spam check on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) and the voice and chat assistant (ElevenLabs) are third-party tools. We cannot fully control their accessibility.
  • Page translations are produced automatically by Google Translate and may be inaccurate. See Translations.
